Program Director

Before joining Madelife, Kelly worked as a freelance photographer for 14 years. He also served as Vice President of Sumatto Advertising in Denver, a role he held until his decision to return to Boulder in 2004. It was in Boulder that Kelly began his collaboration with Danny and Mae at AIM House, marking the beginning of his involvement in the development of both Madelife and the Evolve programs.

At Madelife, Kelly plays a key role in helping young adults discover and pursue their passions. He also acts as a liaison between AIM House and Madelife, fostering collaboration between the two organizations. Despite his many responsibilities, Kelly maintains a sense of humor and occasionally finds time to enjoy a round of golf with friends.

Outside of work, Kelly values quality time with his wife, Carolyn, and their daughters, Elsa and Helena. He is also an avid enthusiast of motorsports, often taking his ’74 Porsche 914 to the track.
